REVIT 2013 - RENDERING CLOUD NOT WORKING

Dear All,

 

from the previous week rendering cloud is not longer accessible from REVIT 2013 installation, so you cannot upload the file into rendering cloud.

 

We have 12 revit architecture intallations update 3, language italian.

We have already tested into differend network and with our autodesk reseller, same issue!

 

Please help!

Please try installing the hotfix on the page below:

The Hotfix does not work and doesnt come up as a folder. How else can I get the cloud to work wihtout having the error message popping up? I have never had this problem before!
