Dear Friend's,

Im still new in Revit and still learning. Maybe someone colud help me with this.

1) When i project load the family i created with colours the family doestnt show the colour.  I dont know why?

I attached my jpeg files for your reference.

2) Maybe someone  can help me step by step how to apply materials/colours to a just simple window family.

Thanks a lot for your help... Im eager to learn...

The first thing i would look at is the materials you created in the family. Is the material in the family set to the default material?

Did you create parameters to control the material in the project?

So the first image shows in the family that the material is grayed out and will be controlled in the project.

the second shows the parameter that is attached to control the material.

and the third shows the family in the project with the parameter and material attached in the project.
