Revision schedule

Hi All, hoping someone could help. Have created a revision schedule however only 1 revision appears on each plan in schedule, also schedule only shows sheets not plans? Is it something not set up correctly in the schedule properties, can work it out, see  the JPEG only 1 and 5 appear where is 2,3,4??

What you show is not a Revision schedule, but a Sheet schedule with Current Revision fields.  For now, only the last Revision appears on a Sheet can be shown on this schedule.

Thanks Toan, is there a better way to make a list of revisions to capture all of them?

You could do a search for some add-ons but I personally don't know any.

There is a thread with a similar request.  Perhaps it can provide some food for thoughts.

Hi

You can look into this plugin to generate Transmittal.. its quite a process but really good for many purposes

1. Update all the sheets to particular revision

2. Generate PDF of sets of drawings.

3. Generate transmittal, date , revision and distribution list.. and keeps updating

as you issue new revisions..

Seems strange though the revision information is within model but cannot be transferred to a separate sheet/schedule?
