Revision Schedule In Title Block - Calculated Formula Help

We currently have our title block set up to have our revision schedule apart of the sheet so that we don't have to place a schedule on each sheet and all schedules are in the same place. Our current set up has two revision schedules with formulas that place revisions 1-10 in the first schedule and revisions 11 and beyond in the second schedule. We are wanting to add a third row and in order to do this I need to make a ranged formula for the 2nd schedule to only have revisions 11-20 and have been unsuccessful in doing this.  The current formulas we are using are as follows if(Revision Sequence < 11, Revision Number, "") for schedule one and if(Revision Sequence > 10, Revision Number, " ")  for schedule two. We currently have formulas for our Revision Number, Revision Description and Revision Data.  How do we go about creating a ranged formula to split this up or is there a better way to achieve my goal?
