Revision cloud for removed row in schedule

What is the proper way to indicate a row from a schedule has been removed?

When a schedule is on a sheet I can cloud additional rows in a schedule, but what do I do when a row is deleted?

Perhaps cloud the line between the two rows.

What is the schedule for? You could possibly hide a placeholder somewhere in the model, and utilize conditional formatting to make the row black so its effectively blank, but pretty apparent something's been removed.

If the reason for removing the entry is because the element isn't visible on the sheet the schedule is placed on, you might be able to use Filter by Sheet.

Either leave a blank row in its place and cloud the blank row or add a note under the schedule.
