when i try to make profile by reveal in revit 2024 not show me reveal profile file in family.

Are you sure you loaded your profile in?

As a tip, always use an existing Profile from the Project Browser > right Click > Edit > Save As - and edit to your needs this will ensure if already works as expected and the Family Category and Parameters are setup correctly

Are you looking for the Profile Template (rft)?  See attached.

...or, are you trying to create a Reveal Type in the Project?  Profiles are pulled into the Reveal Type Properties.
