restore BIM360 after SERIOUS ERROR

Revit r2019 had a SERIOUS ERROR and insisted we save in order to proceed.   the project was shared via BIM 360 to a list of consultants.     following the direction to save, I selected a new name and saved.   That new-named file is now a local file

what is the procedure to re-establish this newly saved file as the one that is shared out to consultants team?   Do I have to start over with all of them re-linking?   Of course this happens under a deadline.

  1. Is there a simple way to insert the new saved file as the central file in BIM 360?
  2. No matter what, a forced saved file is a new  / local file, correct?

Here is what I found out from our BIM consultant:

After "serious error" crash.  I renamed the file (original.rvt) a new name (new.rvt), thinking that was necessary then saved to local file location.  It turns out, I should have left it with the original name.   Then all that would have been necessary would have been to save as original.rvt, then just COLLABORATE / COLLABORATE TO CLOUD

Bun no real damage done.   I took new.rvt, uploaded via COLLABORATE TO CLOUD   and instructed all the BIM 360 linked in team members to do the following on their end
INSERT / MANAGE LINKS / (CLIK ON THE ARCHITECTURAL MODEL AND SELECT)...NEW.RVT

Unfortunately, Revit is still prone to crash.   this routine is worth me posting her as a "note to self" or for others.
