Rendering to Autodesk cloud

Hi there,

When I try to render my 3D image to the Autodesk cloud the dialogue box comes up blank. I was able to render the same image 36 hours ago but I think something I've drawn or materials changed since then (curtain wall spandrel panels among other things), is preventing my cloud render. I can render on my own pc but the quality and time taken isn't great. I've tried looking through proxy server issues but just ended up turning off my internet access altogether so undid the changes. Then I tried to render from a different project and that one was fine. So I'm pretty sure it's this file that's not working. How can I find out what's wrong with my file?

I'm a complete beginner so thanks for your patience.

Thanks,

Kirsti

Has your camera position changed? Is it by any chance located within a wall? even by a millimetre?

Have you tried to create a new view and test that view again in 360?

Your view could have been corrupted. A fresh view will clear any problems that the current view has. It is annoying having to recreate a view, but it may work.
