Why when i renders in revit so dark?. Thank you very much.
Solved! Go to Solution.
It will depend on what lighting scheme you are using in the Render dialog box - Exterior or interior and if you are using sun only, sun and artificial or artificial.
And also have you added any light fittings into your project?
You can adjust the exposure on the fly (you don't need to re-render) using the Exposure Control settings. slider bars adjust highlights, shadows, saturation etc...
I've set the light in the rendering dialog, but it's still dark. Is there something deleted?.
Thanks for your respon
I have tried again, but still the result is dark.
I try to render on a new project, the results are bright.
Is it because there is a deleted object?
Thanks
Hello @ristine
Are you rendering the interior the building? If so, Try to use the setting for lighting under scheme > Interior: Sun and Artificial or Interior: Artificial only.
also check if you have artificial lights installed in your 3D model by clicking Artificial Lights Tab under Lighting.
Before you save or export the rendered image try to adjust the Exposure value from Brighter to Darker or Darker to Brighter until you get the expected result.
Hello,
Did you try to check visual/Graphic Overrides for 3D and check light source in the Lighting Fixtures box?
Type in VG -> In the first tab (Model Categories),There is one checkbox called Lighting Fixture, If you expand it , there is a box named Light source, Check that box and then render.
Thanks,
Prattusha.
