rendering in revit with V-RAY

i tried Vray , trail version yesterday, and it was working. but today when i try it, i get (rendering setting history ) and revit not responding .

Do you get any error message? If so can you send us a screenshot?

i have Revit 2018 . and it just freeze when i try to open Vray or Archvision. i hope u can help me because i want to learn these program

What Vray version did you download ?

Hm, just tried to activate my Vray license and it seems like I also have problems.

Probably a problem with their servers.

I'll check it out.

After installing the new license manager Vray is working again.

Are you sure the problem is not archvision related?

i contact support at Chaosgruop , and they fix my problem . i had to delete a file in Appdata , so it working now

Hello. The file that must be deleted is "VRay4Revit.ini" in location %APPDATA%\Chaos Group\V-Ray for Revit 20XX
