RENDERING IN REVIT 2017 WITH VRAY

When i begin in rendering by V-ray in Revit 2017, the scene become like image attached 

i can't see any finishing element or linked files 

So, what is the procedure shall i concern ???

but i always sign in to Autodesk by my account as shown

I received your file and rendered it in Revit 2018 with Vray.

Do not have the same problem.

I will try it in Revit 2017.

Same result in Revit 2017.

I see you have Revit 2017, I think you should update to 2017.2

Maybe you can check your Vray release as well.
