Rendering in Cloud returns "The file could not be translated.-1" error

Hello,
I am unable to render in Revit Cloud on my Laptop. When I try to render in the cloud I receive this message,
“A problem occurred. The File could not be Translated. -1”
I am able to produce a regular rendering, but I receive this message when attempting to render in the cloud.
I used the same file and rendered an image in the cloud on a different PC, so I assume the file is not corrupt. I have also tried rendering in additional Revit files through the cloud on my laptop but the same error message pops up.
I have followed all the steps on the following link:
I have a Lenovo Yoga 3 (Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - Windows 10)
I am using Revit 2016.
A360 is downloaded on my laptop.
Please Help.
