Rendering cloud error

Hello guys,

I´ve been having a problem rendering on cloud: suddently, every scene / camera  that i create from same file doesnt render in the cloud anymore. I already tried generate these renders on a backup file and also opened this file on another pc / login autodesk 360. Any solution?

What's the error? Can you drill down to find out what it is specifically?  Maybe your internet connection is at fault?

sorry, i dropped printscreen in a wrong place. btw, i can render my others projects as usually.

You are not providing enough information to troubleshoot. Is this a reoccurring problem or a one-time thing? If it's a one-time thing; get over it.  **** happens.  If it's a reoccurring problem; give us something to work with.
