i kept the view in birds eye view 3d and give render but its result is a blank white page ..what to do to get a render of that building?

what's this screenshot? The rendering? If so, I'm wondering more about what happened to the rendering "background", not so much the building. In any case, do you get the same results with "Region" turned off?

For Bird perspective, Try to put a camera and change the eye elevation from the properties to more that 15m depends on the height of your building and then render it. It will works mush better than 3D view.

Also check the view crop size to be sure that your render have a roper size.
