Render cloud revit 2014

Hi Community! I first time render in cloud render. I sign up Austodesk already and my internet working. But when render in halfway (53%) the screen pop up something like attached image. Can anyone explain my how to fix it. Thank you very much!

Check the post below, they had the same problem. For me, re-drawing the stairs helped.
