Removing Level's Horizontal Line and Names of Level from Elevation View

Hi, Anyone knows if it is possible to HIDE the Horizontal Line (I tried applying WHITE colour in the picture below but there is this white line cutting across instead...) of the Level? Also how do I hide the Name of the level too? I only want the Level Height shown only.

- Edit the level symbol family and delete the Name label
- Change the level to 2D and stretch the level line to be very short

Or use Spot elevation.
