revit 2020 slow when zooming or panning in floor plans

Hi Guys,

I am working on Revit 2020.

workstation : 1, Intel i7 6700qh   2, Intel i5 9600Kf

                            Ram 16gb                 Ram 16GB

                            GTX 960m 4gb        AMD RX 5700 8gb

While i am working in the floor plan Revit is very slow when zooming or moving in floor plan.

I am having a problem with the Revit performance on both my workstations and actual performance when im using revit is on 20% or less Ram memory maximum usage while im using revit is  2gb .

I tried to increase my virtual memory but problem still persist.

If you got any solution to overcome this issue please advise me.

Do you have a lot of Revit links or CAD links in your file? Also check and see how many errors you have in your file.

i don't see any problem with your file it works fine. try to install latest updates from autodesk, updates your graphics card driver to the latest, uncheck your use hardware acceleration from options and go to manage > purge > and delete those families you don't need. please see attached file. thanks

hi, so i tried audit my file - didnt help...

i tried to uncheck acceleration and purge my families it do something because file size reduced to 40mb,

but it still laggy in floor plans and i think it starts lagging in 3d too but when i check revit processs it only takes like 10%processor

930mb RAM never go higher than that

and 7% GPU

so i dont know what is the problem here reallly ...
