Remove this annoying pop-up.

PLEASE!!!! Can you get rid of this super annoying pop up that is in the way 100% of the time when it comes up virtually every time we try to do anything? Sick and tired of having to move dialogue boxes to get it out from under this stupid thing that has ZERO value.

Do you have Tooltip Assistance set to "None" in the Options - User Interface settings? If this is the case, it can be reported as a bug.

Update: Checking with the product team to see if this is a known issue.

There is no direct way. You need to hover your cursor over it. All dialog boxes need to be closed. Until a fix is implemented, avoid moving your cursor over the type selector.
