Reliquish Elements for Unavailable User

Used to be that you could go into OPTIONS and there was a SIGN OUT option and you could sort of fake in an artificial sign in as a different user and all you needed was their user name.  Now in 2020 that is no longer true.  The SIGN OUT option in OPTIONS is gone and if you try to logout, Revit forces a shutdown and you have to do a full login to get back into Revit.  Does anyone know how to do this in Revit 2020?  We have a user who quit several months ago so their Autodesk user account is gone so I could not do a full login even if I knew their password (which I don't.).  There is a file with some elements locked with their user and we cannot edit them.  Could use some help.

Open it using Detach From Central. Retain worksets and save as central.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
