Reinforced concrete

Hi all, I am creating a new wall and trying to find reinforced concrete but I don't see any in the material browser, how you deal with it? Thanks

You can try to type Concrete and you will get a series of Concrete related material you can choose from. "Reinforced Concrete" is not there by default. If you wish to have something different to what Revit offers in it's material library in terms of Concrete...then you will need to add those materials.

 

PS: When you set a Material for Reinforced Concrete it does not mean that will Reinforcement will be added ... hence; it would be just like any other concrete material (in terms of nature) with maybe different physical and mechanical properties...

 

NOTE: there are several posts on this forum as well as youtube on how to add a new material if you need help with that

If you are after the appearance/rendering of concrete then a search such as @RDAOU mentions will work fine and you should find what you need. If it is the analytical behavior you are after, you will need to replace or create a new "physical" asset with the properties you need. This is the 4th tab over in the material browser.
