Reference point is not allowed to offset in Revit

Hi all,

Currently I am using curtain panel pattern based family in revit. I constructed the 4 corner points and offset these to 500mm. It does not allow me to offset the points I created in the center. May I know what the problem is?

Check Make Point Driving and then you'll be able to move it vertically..

You can also set the work plane on the horizontal reference plane of that point and create a point on top of it.  After that you will have a point with an Offset parameter.
