Recentralizing a model

When a consultant chooses to delete the worksets when detaching a file to be shared, it seems to remove the ability to make that model a central model again.  I can't seem to get it to be a central model again.  I have saved it to other computers.  The Worksets button is grayed.  The "make this a central file" button when saving is grayed.

What do I need to do to make this model a central model again?

Thanks

The file has lost it's central file path.

So,try doing Save-as onto your network file server, and rename the file.

Follow these steps:
