REALISTIC VIEW REVIT DIFFERENT SHADE IN EACH FLOOR

hey there everyone,

while trying out revit i observed that REALISTIC VIEW in REVIT has DIFFERENT SHADE IN EACH FLOOR for the same material!. i have designed a building of G+3 in revit and to make it realistic i added materials for each floor like Living area wood color and bath tiles, etc., but after going to realistic mode in revit ground floor and the top floor has Light colour shade and the remaing floor have Dark color shade even if i have used same materials.

So guys, could anyone give me some solution to work around it or is it a problem with revit itself or what?

P. S.

Hi @vishnurmdy,

a simple screenshot would have been helpful.

My guess is that a combination of your lighting settings and the material texture/glossiness/reflectivity cause the floors to appear differently. In the real world the same material can also appear in all sorts of different colors depending on the weather conditions and lighting.

Try setting your visual style to "Consistent Colors" and check if the problem still exists.
