Realistic view going blank

Hi,

When I change my <Visualstyle> to <Realistic> in both 3D view and floor plan view, the whole building component just disappeared. Is that problems regarding graphics card? How can I fix that?

try to update your graphics card driver to the latest or go to option and switch off your use hardware acceleration and install latest updates from autodesk and see if helps. thanks
