Real world spec for Revit

Good Morning

Could somebody please advise me what specification computer to buy for using Revit for a 140 Bedroom Hotel on 4 floors with a contract value of about 50 Million Euros?

If information about how much disk space such a project would take up

and how much RAM I should buy that would also be useful.

Also a recommendation for an A3 Printer would be useful.

What I woulds recommend is what I am using currently:

1. Intel i9 11900K (Home) or AMD Threadripper 2990WX 2. Gen (office)
2. nVidia nVidia GeForce RTX 3090 (Home) as show above or Quadro RTX 6000 24GB (Office)
3. Motherboard I am using ASUS ROG STIX X399 for Home - Office build is X570 
4. Disk space 
   • Primary 2TB, M2 SSD EVO Plus - Samsung
   • Secondary 2x 2TB M2 SSD EVO Plus - Samsung
5. RAM -  4x16 3200Mhz Corsair Vengence
6. Power supply you will need a 1000W+

How much space such a project will take depends on how you model it and how you maintain it ... Nonetheless, disk space is not that expensive these days..the more the merrier

Not sure how much they paid for the office build...the home build which I am using, I built myself and costed ca. 5500Euros (add 950Euros for display)... Same Spec off the market would be around ca. 6700-7500 Euro I think (Without display)
