Hi,
I am a new Revit user. In revit on pressing shift, the 3D model goes away. The model cannot be zoomed in and it can rotated only from a certain distance. Also in the options other than wireframe, the wireframe lines appear. What do I do? Please help.

Some questions for you -

1) Do you have rooms in your model? Try turning them off

2) Do you have any .dwgs loaded in to your model. Try to unload them

If these measures do not work, then can you share your file?

Go to Graphics Tab under Options and check Video card status. Sounds similar to an issue I get sometimes when my driver version mysteriously gets rolled back.
