IS THERE A WAY TO TURN ON THE CEILING GRID ON THE FLOOR PLAN FOR MARK UP PURPOSES. RIGHT NOW WE HAVE TO CREATE A DIFFERENT SHEET AND TRANSFER ALL THE TEXT. BIG PAIN. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE CONTROL OVER THIS AND NOT REVIT!!

Yes, at least for Revit 2016.  Go to the view properties. (right click in the view and select properties).

Find the group called "Underlay", select the level you are on, and "Look Up" as the orientation.

You may have to get the view range and cut plane right.  For example, I have a Level 1 plan with a ceiling at 8'.  My cut plane is at 4', and my view range is unlimited.

I used Level 1 as the Base Level for the underlay, and again, Orientation is "Look Up".

You may need to make sure you have wireframe selected, and have the ceilings turned on in the view (type "VV" and make sure they are checked.)

Dear,

First you can copy text and 2D elements and paste in another views.

Also you can change your  underlay and underlay orientation.(Check attached)

Kindly if this solved your issue, mark as solution to help others.
