RCP ceiling view inverted ( stuck in look up view)

How do I get my view to look down not up? I tried switching underlay orientation to look down but nothing changed. Has anyone come across this issue before? This is a 2nd floor RCP I want to see it from the top view looking down so I can see my CRC runners over lap the hat channel.

Change the Underlay's Top Level to the Level above instead of Unbounded.

Huh? Create a Plan View.
