Random loss of image/white patches in viewport and PDF exports.

I'm not entirely sure how to describe the issue, but I am getting random blank/white areas or a ghost layer in my views and especially when I export to PDF. I have tried both exporting and printing as PDF (Foxit and Acrobat). Does anyone have any insights?

Check that if you activated Dept Cueing option in Graphic Display Options under Properties.
