Can anybody tell me how I fix this issue where I get a random hole in my wall?

I can not get the walls to join without this hole appearing. It's not the floor or the perpendicular wall either I tried removing those.

Problems with wall joins often occur because of the layer propreties of a wall.

Just join those walls back together and then switch join order.

it occur very often when you have 3 elements joined together (wall + wall + slab)

Sometimes it's just a "B".  Split Wall is my go-to tool in situations like this.
