Ramp showing on wrong level

How to remove ramp displaying on wrong level?

Turn off Underlay for the basement view.

It's on the 1st floor to Mezzanine level, although it's showing up in the Basement.

you can select the ramp and hide in view. thanks

The View Range Depth/Bottom is probably within 4'-0" of the Ramp.

The ramp starts on the level above (Ground Fl.), so how can I determine the View Range depth from the Basement?

Did you turn off Underlay?

That was it...turned off Underlay and it worked. Much appreciated!!!
