Railings

How can I fix the glass panels on this railings so that they cover the span without interruptions or overlaps? 

How can I bring the glass in line with the rails in this railing?

Why ouch?  Did I misunderstand you? It happens. But, what it sounded to me like you were describing was exactly what's taught in this most excellent AU class.

When I approach the glass railing, I would create two separate railing glass railing. One for slope while the other straight. This way when you are able to meet your glass with the look you wanted. See attached for example
