Railings Top Rail and Balusters at landing turn

Hi,

Having some trouble trying to tame one of the project railings.

When I try to setup the Top Rail so that it starts sloped for the second stair run, and to avoid the gooseneck, the balusters for that second start run offset to the top of the stringers (circled in red). Or so it seems.

The balusters are to be welded to the side of the stringers (circled in green) so I really need them to extrude all the way down.

I know that I could work around it using a handrail and support families, but would be really keen to sort it out in the "most correct way".

Any ideas why this might be happening?

Sorted.

Or getting there, almost.

Have set the Baluster Base to as the Top Element with a negative offset.

Also needed to disable the "Use Balusters per Tread" setting.
