Railings: Baluster Reference Error

My top reference for some of my balusters are below my bottom balusters. Not sure how to fix this. Can someone help?

That really helped thank you! But how do I align the balusters with the nearest stair and extend the bottom of the baluster so it's even with the bottom of a step it's mounted to?

Sorry, not following what you're asking.  Is this about Baluster Offset?

Just wandering back by and wondering how it is going.  Get it figured out yet?

Well the balusters are much better, but I still would like each baluster to look as if it was mounted to the side of a step, and not floating in between. I also want the length to be longer on the bottom of the baluster so that it looks flush with the bottom of the step. Perhaps that's the bottom offset, then just make each baluster longer?
