I have an error in loading a railing into the project which I've made it. I m attaching the error which appears

The problem must be in the Project. My guess is that the problem is with your Railing Properties.

how can i diagnose the problem if its in the railing

Post your RVT here -- as an Attachment to a reply post.  

If I had to guess without seeing the RVT, I would say the problem is in the Railing Baluster Pattern.  Balusters should have a fixed height. That is, not constrained.
