Railing with different height balusters at different spacings

I'm trying to create railing that has 3 horizontal rails plus a top rail. I want the balusters to be 5" oc between rail 2 and 3 and 10" oc between the top rail and rail 2 and 10" between rail 3 and 4. I cannot seem to have different intervals between the balusters that are different heights. Anyone know how to do this.  see the elevation attached.  I have not filled in the bottom band of balusters yet.

Yup...it is achievable.  All you have to do is know which baluster host to what rail. Example screenshot showcase pattern.

You can accomplish this by adding additional rows under the Baluster Pattern.
