Railing - Baluster posts oblique Revit

Hi, I am trying in Revit to create a railing with oblique baluster profiles like in the attached image.

I would be thankfull for a tip or a suggestion on how to make this type of railing in Revit, not only for a balcony but also for a stair, too.
