Hello,

someone can help me to undrestand how can I do to put the title with option "view with title" without use "text" command?

In the guide i'm reading there is the possibility to to that:

- put the view on the sheet;

- clicking on the view on the sheet appears in the option of properties to select "view with title" and have automatically the title without using "text" command.

Thank's

@Anonymous That depends on your Revit Template. Some templates are different than others. You may have to load the view title in from your library and create a new view type (click on edit type in your project browser, duplicate, and choose the correct view title to correspond with your new view title type) in your project.

Your View Title is controlled in a couple different places.

  • there is the View Title Family that can be found in the Project Browser > Families > Annotation. this family can have multiple family types in it with various options ( No Bubble, Not to Scale, W/Ref, etc...
  • Capture.JPG
  • Next, when you place a view you can specify the Viewport type.  select the Edit Type button and you can Duplicate the current option ,rename it, and change the Title type that is being used.
  • Capture.JPG

if there are other View Title families options needed, you would need to load them from your company library or edit the existing family and add additional types.
