I was trying to run an energy analysis on a conceptual mass, I specified the location and everything and created an energy model, but when I clicked on Generate it showed me an error :

"There has been an unexpected problem. Unable to Analyze. Please contact your Autodesk Customer Service Representative."

What do?

tried to disable the firewall, it didn't work. There is also another cause, it says there is a problem with energy analysis for in-place elements. check those articles.

I am facing the same problem in REvit 2022. I checked everything the version is also updated but couldnt solve the problem .
