"NO DS" character in wall tag

I devised a method that helps generate wall assembly lists with the wall layers and thicknesses copied to a shared parameter using a dynamo script I made.  The script creates a line break using invisible characters so that the information is spaced in a clear way when displayed in a wall type schedule.

I also created a wall tag that looks identical to the wall type schedule so that folks can make a graphic wall schedule using a plan if they want to.  The invisible character does not show up in the schedule, however, a "NO DS" symbol appears on the wall tag.

Is there a way to stop this from happening? Are there hidden characters that don't create a "NO DS" symbol?

FYI I am using DIN font if that matters.  Also I would prefer to not share any of my files as all I've discussed above is proprietary to my company.

The DIN font might make all the difference. What happens if you use Arial?
