Mysterious White Fill in Door Family

I'm trying to configure a multislide pocket door family to adjust the pocket distance from the exterior wall face. When I look at the multislide family in the family editor this functionality seems to work okay (by adjusting the offset parameter). When I insert the family into a project, I get a mysterious white fill that I can't locate in the family file. I've looked at the nested annotation family list. I've looked at the visibility graphic settings, and even family preview mode doesn't recreate the issue I'm having in the project file. I'm stumped. Can anyone help me resolve this? I'm not sure I even need the white fill, if it can be deleted. Any help is appreciated. I am also attaching the Revit Family in question, in case that helps.

That is the void to cut the pocket in the host wall.

Hi ToanDN.

If you look a little closer, I think you'll see the void is what is depicted in the family editor. Normal. But when you look at the door in a wall in a project, you get two different elements acting on the pocket. One is the void, but the other appears to be a fill or mask of some kind.

Check the nested family.

I check several, but I can check again more thoroughly. Is it common for fills to only show up when you open up the nested family? Seems strange to not show the operability in the family preview.

Mike
