I was going a sweep in Generic Model, but the message "more than one loop not allowed" appeared. I checked that all lines are connected, so not sure what it meant by more than one loop. I tried to do several sweeps separately, but did not know how to get the exact same profile as the first sweep.

How can I do it with only one sweep? Or how can I copy the first sweep for other sweeps? Many thanks.

As Revit mentions. You probably had more than one loop

If you zoom in on the area indicated with the arrow you might see the issue. Maybe there are more areas like that in your model

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
