Dear all,

In Revit 2023 there seems to be a bug at something I'm struggling to find a workaround. I need to change the elevation of a level but when doing so a cannot be ignored warning pops up with the following message: "Cannot move analytical surface", preventing moving of level.

There are several reasons why this error might occur. One of them is that the analytical model cannot be created by auto-detect methods. Another reason could be that there are some random analytical surface geometry issues.

we can not upgrade a major project with multiple consultants to Release 2024 to solve this problem, we need a solution for Release 2023 Now.

This isn't a solution for release 2023.  we need a solution for release 2023.

Did this ever get resolved in the end?

Its happening on some projects where we went from 2020 > 21 > 22 > 23 to 2024 (with some upgrades). You move a level up to suit coordination and 000s of warnings are shown, which you cannot remove....do we need 2025?!
