Queries Project Example in Dynamo

Hi,

I am new i Dynamo, just wanted to know about:

1-can we insert parameter on property pallete,
2-once object created it will obey without Dynamo.
3-can it works on families creation
4-how can easily understand about their graphs

Any kind of project/family example can be a helpful.
