Hi,

I just installed pyRevit and when I start Revit it doesn't load. I am using Revit 2025 and I get a PyRevitLoader - Error Loading pyRevit. I have attached a snip as well. I'd appreciate it if someone can let me know how to resolve this.

Thanks!

I don't think pyrevit has released a version for 2025 yet.

i think the add-in has potential but because it crashes, many folks on pyrevit form are also reporting same, they end up uninstalling plug-in. One solution was to exclude SentinelONe from scanning hash of revit, citing one of the reason for revit to crash. However, my IT department doesn't support saying they are not comfortable using open source add-ins. Like i said the plug-in is useful but it is not seeing its full potential because they are not able to fix crash issues.

you must whitelist Revit as well.
