Pully to Rotate with Chain Parameter

Hello, 

Can anyone help me get this pully to rotate with the chain from the center of the chain axis?

Every time I try to it give me an error.

Make your Family a Work Plane-Based Family and nest it into another Family and host it to the tope of Reference LINE Work Plane. Rotate the Reference Line and the Chain and Pulley with follow along for the ride.  

See attached File and let me know if that is what you are after. There's a Parameter built into it to control Rotation.

Thank you very much! I'm trying to duplicate what you did in your rvt 23 family in 22 and having issues. I loaded the chain and pully into a new model. Placed a reference line, locked the point to the intersection and locked the line to the physical extrusions and it still give me constraint issues.

Did you Set the Current Work Plane by Picking the top of the Ref. Line BEFORE placing the nested family on top of the Ref. Line. Select your nested Family, look under its Instance Properties and see what its "WorkPlane" is showing.   Ref. Line?
