pull down in schedule

I want to extend the pulldown menu with an item in a schedule under the column Description .

There are now three items in the pull down menu.
Can someone explain to me how I can add a component in the pulldown menu?

Thanks

Mvg Jos

Just type a new value in, and it will add it to the dropdown!

(the dropdown in that case just lists all the already used values...)

Hi Francois

When i do that it overwrites the value.

The new value will be added and the other value disapears.

I get the message: this change will be applied to all elements of type...

Yes, it shows only the values that exist in the project.

If you replace a unique value, it will disappear

You get this message becaus you have unticked the "itemize every instance" in the Sorting/grouping tab of your schedule settings.

So it applies the change to all the the grouped elements.

I found it, it was placed under the wrong catergory.

Thanks.

You can get that message either because you aren't itemizing every instance, OR because you're changing a Type Parameter.
