Publishing 3d view to BIM360. Don't want source file to include hidden elements and other views etc

- I have been using BIM360 to publish a 3d view from our Revit model, with various elements hidden from that view.

- After publishing to BIM360, you can view the 3d view as expected.

- However from BIM360 you can download the source file, of which contains all views, sheets and all modelled elements (including those hidden) etc.

- Is it possible to publish the 3d view to BIM360, however when that source file is downloaded, only the elements shown in the published 3d view is included; i.e. not including hidden elements and other views, sheets etc.

- Or alternatively, is it possible to export that 3d view only (in Revit format).

Thanks in advance.

@constantin.stroescu thanks for the reply. I have already used the publish settings in Revit to publish only a single 3d view to BIM360. However despite this, one can still download the source file from BIM360 which contains all other elements in that source file which was not published, i.e. other sheets, views, and hidden elements. Is there a way to modify this so when the file is downloaded from BIM360, only the published 3d view is downloaded as a Revit file. I fear the answer is no but I just wanted to check?

This issue is, we want to send the published 3D view to our client as a Revit file, but we don't want to provide them the ability to download all other content which is not published. Therefore I fear we would need to manually strip-out all un-published content from the Revit file, then send that modified Revit file to the client. Is my understanding correct?

Thanks.
