I hope you all are doing well. I tried to draw the property lines using breaking and distance but I can't find the enough information, degrees, breaking etc.

I appreciate if you all can help me.

Try to draw the entire 3 lots of that block then you can extrapolate the one you need.

You don't have enough information here.  You need at least 3 line segment bearings.  Still, that would only extrapolate the closing line segment bearings.  Why don't you get the all the "official" recorded bearings?  Shouldn't be difficult. It's public info in my neck of the woods.
