PROPERTY BOUNDARY LINE VALUES

I WISH TO KNOW IF IT IS POSSIBLE TO SHOW VALUES OF A PROPERTY LINE IN DEGREES MINUTES AND SECONDS BY SIMPLY CLICKING ON THE LINE?IS THERE AWAY OF ANNOTATING ANS INDICATING THE DIMENSION AND ANGLE VALUE AS SHOWN ON CONVENTIONAL SITE/SURVEY PLANS?

You can create a Property Line Segment tag by:

1.  R > New > Family > Annotations > Generic Tag > change Family Category and Parameters > Property Line Segment Tags. 

2.  Add desired label under Home > Label > choose Parameter[s].  Load into Project.

3.  Annotate > Tag by Category > click on Property Line

The tag should indicate the value you specified in the Label [in the tag family] and display this in the tag.

Is there a way to change the distance parameter in the label to decimal feet eg. 82.00' instead of 82' - 00". I have tried changing the units in the family and in the project but I get the same result. this is the result I would like to have. :[N 18%%d 42' 00" W 82.00'] instead of [N 18%%D 42' 00" W 82' - 0"]

Change the tag family label Units Format to Decimal Feet with 2 decimal spaces.
